By completing checkout, you affirm that:

- You understand and accept our privacy and refund policies.
Workshop conduct and community agreement
House of Sand is a sacred space for creative, mystical, and feminist exploration. You agree to:
- Engage respectfully with our materials and other participants.
- Not reproduce, resell, share, or redistribute any content, workshop materials, or downloads.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any private group spaces, recordings, or participant stories.
Intellectual property
All materials, writings, spells, images, videos, and teachings shared in our workshops and digital offerings are the intellectual property of House of Sand. By purchasing a workshop or download, you receive a non-transferable, non-commercial license to access the material for personal use only.
Any breach of this policy (e.g., reposting, selling, or teaching from the content without permission) may result in legal action and revoked access without refund.
All content is protected by U.S. copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized use is a violation of these protections. Product designs, including apparel and printed items, are also the creative property of House of Sand.
Refunds, cancellations, and access
All sales are final. Due to the digital and energetic nature of our offerings, no refunds or returns are provided. Please purchase with intention. In rare cases of duplicate charges or system errors, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
You are responsible for saving your access links, files, and passwords. Some workshop recordings and materials are only available for a limited time after purchase and may be removed from the portal or download links after 30 days due to storage limitations. Please download and save your materials promptly.
If you misplace access, we will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee restoration.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to use our Services:
- For unlawful purposes or in a way that harms others.
- To distribute spam, malware, or exploitative material.
- To infringe on the rights of House of Sand or others.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

Limitation of liability
House of Sand workshops and content are offered as educational, spiritual, and creative tools. They do not substitute for professional, medical, or therapeutic advice. By participating, you agree to use your own discretion and hold us harmless from any outcomes related to your use or misuse of the content.
We are not liable for:
- Technical issues or service interruptions.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Actions taken by third-party platforms or processors.
Use of AI and external tools
As part of our evolving creative and strategic processes, House of Sand experiments with and uses generative AI tools to support ideation, writing, and SEO strategy. This work is held with intention, integrity, and care for voice, privacy, and energetic boundaries.
For many of our offerings that involve content creation or search strategy, we recommend the use of paid AI and SEO platforms (such as ChatGPT Plus and Ubersuggest) to support your implementation. While not required, these tools are integral to the process — without them, you may not experience the full benefit of the guidance or be able to apply what you’re learning as effectively.
Modifications and termination
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service and our offerings at any time. Updates will be posted here and reflected in the Effective Date above.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, including misuse of materials or harmful conduct toward our community.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be handled in local courts or through mutual mediation.
Consent to communications
By enrolling in a workshop or subscribing to our emails, you consent to receive occasional messages about updates, offerings, and inspiration. You may unsubscribe at any time, and your data will be handled respectfully. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
